Growth Market came out of a pattern we kept seeing.

Businesses were being told to “figure out AI,” but most were already dealing with messy operations, manual work, and constant bottlenecks.

At the same time, we were deep in it—testing tools, building systems, and seeing what actually worked.

What became clear was that most companies don't have an AI problem — they have an operations problem.

So we built Growth Market around that.

We look at how a business actually runs, find where time and revenue are being lost, and build the systems that fix it.

Our focus is simple: use AI where it creates leverage, and remove everything that slows a business down.
